- ¾ cup warm milk 100–110°F
- 0.25 oz active dry yeast 1 packet
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 2 large eggs beaten
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz Belgian pearl sugar
Whisk yeast into warm milk and let sit for 5 minutes.
Stir in flour, butter, eggs, salt, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Cover and let rise until doubled, 30–60 mins.
Fold in pearl sugar.
Preheat and lightly grease waffle iron.
