  • 2 large bananas
  • 2 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Slice bananas into ½-inch thick rounds.
  • Melt butter in the microwave using 50% power in 30-second bursts, or melt gently on the stove.
  • In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Add sliced bananas and melted butter to the bowl. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Place banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (avoid overlapping).
  • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 4–5 minutes, until lightly golden and caramelized.
