Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears of corn on the cob
  • 3 ½ tablespoons softened butter
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or basil optional

Optional Dipping Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce

Instructions
 

  • Remove husks and silk from the corn.
  • Rinse and clean thoroughly.
  • Microwave the corn ears for 2 minutes to soften. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Cut each ear vertically into quarters (or halves first, then quarters) to create ribs.
  • In a small bowl, mix softened butter with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and herbs (if using).
  • Brush the butter mixture over all sides of each corn rib.
  • Arrange ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Notes

• Microwaving softens the corn and makes cutting easier—don’t skip it.
• Swap paprika for chili powder if you prefer more heat.
• For a vegan version, use plant-based butter and vegan mayo.
