- 4 ears of corn on the cob
- 3 ½ tablespoons softened butter
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or basil optional
Optional Dipping Sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
Remove husks and silk from the corn.
Rinse and clean thoroughly.
Microwave the corn ears for 2 minutes to soften. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Cut each ear vertically into quarters (or halves first, then quarters) to create ribs.
In a small bowl, mix softened butter with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and herbs (if using).
Brush the butter mixture over all sides of each corn rib.
Arrange ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
