These Air Fryer Crunchwraps are the ultimate homemade twist on a fast food favorite. - 5 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef
- ⅓ cup water
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
- ¾ cup nacho cheese sauce
- 4 tostada shells or 2 ½ cups tortilla chips
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheese blend
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
Add water and taco seasoning to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Cut one tortilla into quarters to use as toppers.
Microwave remaining tortillas for 20 seconds until soft.
Place some ground beef in the center of each tortilla.
