  • Eggs fried, poached, or scrambled
  • Butter or olive oil for toasting

For Garnish (Optional):

  • Red pepper flakes
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh herbs parsley, cilantro, or chives
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt & black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy; drain on paper towels.
  • Toast bread slices in a skillet or oven with butter or olive oil until golden.
  • Cook eggs to your liking: fried, poached, or scrambled.
  • Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread avocado on toast. Top with bacon and eggs.
