- 1 flatbread 7.5 oz
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- ⅓ cup chicken broth
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp Monterey Jack with jalapeño
- ¼ cup red onion sliced
- ½ cup pineapple finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
- Extra BBQ sauce and red pepper flakes for topping
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spread garlic on flatbread and bake for 5 minutes.
Cook chicken in crockpot with BBQ sauce, broth, and salt; shred.
Add chicken, cheeses, onion, and pineapple to flatbread.
Bake 3 minutes directly on rack, then 7–9 minutes on baking sheet.
Top with cilantro, red pepper flakes, and extra BBQ sauce. Slice and enjoy!
