- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 2 –3 tbsp blueberries fresh or frozen
- Optional: 1 tbsp cream cheese softened
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a ramekin.
Blend oats, banana, yogurt, egg, syrup, vanilla, and baking powder.
Stir in blueberries. Swirl in cream cheese if using.
Pour into ramekin. Bake 25–28 minutes until set.
Cool 5–10 mins before serving. Add toppings and enjoy!

Frozen blueberries work just as well—no need to thaw beforehand.
