These warm and fluffy baked oats are packed with juicy blueberries and a creamy swirl of optional cream cheese—like having cheesecake for breakfast, but healthier!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 2 –3 tbsp blueberries fresh or frozen
  • Optional: 1 tbsp cream cheese softened

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a ramekin.
  • Blend oats, banana, yogurt, egg, syrup, vanilla, and baking powder.
  • Stir in blueberries. Swirl in cream cheese if using.
  • Pour into ramekin. Bake 25–28 minutes until set.
  • Cool 5–10 mins before serving. Add toppings and enjoy!

Notes

Frozen blueberries work just as well—no need to thaw beforehand.
For extra richness, add a spoonful of Greek yogurt or nut butter on top.
This recipe is easy to double or triple for meal prep—just bake in a muffin tin or divide into small ramekins.
