Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pitted green or Kalamata olives chopped
  • 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary optional
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add water and oil, stir into dough.
  • Knead 8–10 mins until smooth. Place in greased bowl, cover, rise 1 hour.
  • Punch down and knead in olives, bacon, cheese, rosemary.
  • Shape and place in greased loaf pan. Rise 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush top with egg.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until golden. Cool and slice.
