  • 2 cups all-purpose white flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk 2%, whole, or nonfat
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar white or apple cider
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar grated
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  • Squeeze grated zucchini gently to release excess moisture.
  • In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix milk and vinegar.

Notes
