- ½ cup brewed espresso cooled
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Shaved dark chocolate optional
Combine cherries, Amaretto, and sugar; rest 30 mins.
Whisk mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
Whip cream and fold into mascarpone mix.
Dip 8 ladyfingers in espresso; layer in dish.
Add half of the mascarpone and cherries.
