  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips plus extra for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  • Mash bananas. Mix with sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
  • Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into loaf pan.
