This Campari tequila slush blends grapefruit, orange, and lime juices with tequila, Campari, and fizzy Topo Chico for a punchy, citrus-forward frozen cocktail. Ideal for poolside lounging or summer parties!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups tequila
  • 1 cup Campari
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup
  • 2 cups Topo Chico with lime
  • Ice to blend
  • Orange or lime wheels for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine tequila, Campari, lime juice, orange juice, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, Topo Chico, and ice.
  • Pulse until desired slushy texture is reached.
  • Pour into glasses or a pitcher.
  • Garnish with citrus wheels and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust Sweetness: Add more or less simple syrup to taste depending on your preferred sweetness.
  • Mocktail Option: Swap tequila and Campari with orange juice and a splash of pomegranate or non-alcoholic bitters for a zero-proof slush.
  • Make Ahead: Blend everything except the Topo Chico and freeze in a zip-top bag. Add sparkling water just before serving.
