Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound frozen pierogies any flavor
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 chicken sausages sliced into 1-inch coins
  • 1 small yellow onion sliced into strips
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh parsley optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • Add pierogies and cook for 4–5 minutes until they float.
  • Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add sliced sausages and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  • Add sliced onions and cook for another 2–3 minutes until softened.
