Ingredients
  

  • 8 large eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • 1 12 oz package Hawaiian rolls

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
  • Scramble in buttered skillet until just set.
  • Cook bacon until crispy, then cut into pieces.
  • Slice rolls in half. Place bottoms in dish.
  • Layer 1 cup cheese, eggs, bacon, and remaining cheese. Top with upper rolls.
