Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 TBSP butter
  • 1 clove garlic smashed and minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream room temperature
  • ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 –1/4 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 garlic naan flatbread
  • 2 oz mozzarella cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 –2 tsp pesto
  • tsp crushed red pepper flakes for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Chop spinach and mince garlic.
  • Heat butter in a deep pan over medium-high.
  • Add garlic and spinach, sauté until wilted.
  • Stir in cream, parmesan, and salt. Simmer 5 min, stirring often. Let cool slightly.
