Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup pickle juice
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp white pepper or black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Soak chicken in pickle juice for 20 minutes.
  • Pound chicken to ½-inch thick and cut into 4 pieces.
  • Whisk milk and eggs in a shallow bowl.
  • Add chicken and let sit for 30 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, flour, powdered sugar, salt, paprika, pepper, and chili powder.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
