- 1 large head cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 –3 tbsp avocado oil divided
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- ½ tsp maple syrup optional
Optional Garnishes:
- Fresh cilantro
- Toasted almonds
- Tahini drizzle
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
Toss cauliflower with 1 tbsp oil, salt, curry powder, maple syrup.
Heat skillet with remaining oil and sear cauliflower for 5 minutes.
Roast 10–15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Garnish and serve hot.
