- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 12 oz whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles plus more for garnish
- 3 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 3 large cloves garlic freshly grated
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill plus more for garnish
- 1 tbsp snipped fresh chives plus more for garnish
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Kosher salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice about 1/2 lemon
Toast panko in a dry skillet until golden. Cool and set aside 1 tbsp.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, pickles, ranch, garlic, dill, chives, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in lemon juice.
Fold in toasted panko (reserve 1 tbsp for garnish).
Chill covered for 2 hours or overnight.
