For Choux Pastry:
- ½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 cup water
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
For Whipped Cream Filling:
- 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Boil butter, water, and salt. Add flour, stir until dough forms.
Cool slightly. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
Pipe onto baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 25–30 mins.
Cool completely. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla.
Fill puffs, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
