Ingredients
  

For Choux Pastry:

  • ½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs

For Whipped Cream Filling:

  • cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Boil butter, water, and salt. Add flour, stir until dough forms.
  • Cool slightly. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  • Pipe onto baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 25–30 mins.
  • Cool completely. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla.
  • Fill puffs, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.

Notes

  • For crisp shells, avoid opening the oven door during baking.
