Ingredients
  

  • 1 2 to 2.5 pound piece of salmon
  • ¾ cup whipped cream cheese
  • 5 –6 tablespoons Everything but the Bagel seasoning adjust to taste
  • 1 ¼ pounds French green beans
  • 1 ¼ pounds baby potatoes washed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Place the salmon in the center and pat the top dry with a paper towel.
  • Spread whipped cream cheese evenly over the salmon.
  • Generously sprinkle Everything but the Bagel seasoning over the top.
  • Arrange green beans and halved potatoes evenly around the salmon.
  • Drizzle veggies with olive oil and season with sea salt.

Notes

Use full-fat or low-fat cream cheese depending on preference.
Thin green beans work best—thicker varieties may need a few more minutes in the oven.
Swap in asparagus or broccolini if desired.
