- 1 2 to 2.5 pound piece of salmon
- ¾ cup whipped cream cheese
- 5 –6 tablespoons Everything but the Bagel seasoning adjust to taste
- 1 ¼ pounds French green beans
- 1 ¼ pounds baby potatoes washed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Sea salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Place the salmon in the center and pat the top dry with a paper towel.
Spread whipped cream cheese evenly over the salmon.
Generously sprinkle Everything but the Bagel seasoning over the top.
Arrange green beans and halved potatoes evenly around the salmon.
Drizzle veggies with olive oil and season with sea salt.
