- 1 pre-baked 9-inch thin pizza crust or flatbread
- ¼ cup fig preserves
- ½ –¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 –3 oz blue cheese crumbled

Spread fig preserves over crust.
Top with mozzarella, caramelized onion, and most of the blue cheese.
Bake 7–8 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
Top with reserved blue cheese. Slice and serve.
