Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium onion thinly sliced and caramelized
  • 1 pre-baked 9-inch thin pizza crust or flatbread
  • ¼ cup fig preserves
  • ½ –¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 –3 oz blue cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425℉.
  • Spread fig preserves over crust.
  • Top with mozzarella, caramelized onion, and most of the blue cheese.
  • Bake 7–8 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  • Top with reserved blue cheese. Slice and serve.
