Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder thinly sliced
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup banana ketchup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or calamansi juice
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Chili flakes optional
  • Skewers soaked if wooden

Instructions
 

  • Whisk marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Add pork slices, cover, and refrigerate for 4–24 hours.
  • Thread pork onto skewers.
  • Grill over medium-high heat 3–4 mins per side, brushing with extra marinade.
