Yummy Homemade Caramel:
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- Pinch of salt
Fudgy Thick Brownies:
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate 1 bar
- 1 stick salted butter 8 tbsp
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¾ cup flour
- Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line a flat plate and an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
To make the caramel, heat sugar in a saucepan, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat, stir in butter, cream, and salt.
Return to heat and let bubble. Pour onto plate and freeze 20–30 minutes.
Melt chocolate and butter. Whisk in sugar, then eggs, vanilla, flour, and salt.
