Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak cut into cubes
  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes halved or quartered
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill or oven to 425°F.
  • Toss steak and potatoes with olive oil, garlic, and seasonings.
  • Divide among foil sheets. Top with butter.
  • Seal foil packs tightly.
  • Grill 10–12 minutes per side or bake 20–25 minutes.
  • Open carefully, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

  • You can prep everything ahead and store the foil packs in the fridge until ready to cook.
