- 1½ lbs large raw shrimp peeled & deveined, tails on
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt optional, based on seasoning blend
- Skewers soaked if wooden
- Lemon wedges for serving
Melt butter in a saucepan. Sauté garlic 30 seconds.
Stir in Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and salt.
Toss shrimp with ⅔ of the butter mixture. Skewer the shrimp evenly.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Oil grates.
Grill shrimp skewers 2–3 minutes per side until opaque.
