Ingredients
  

  • lbs large raw shrimp peeled & deveined, tails on
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt optional, based on seasoning blend
  • Skewers soaked if wooden
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a saucepan. Sauté garlic 30 seconds.
  • Stir in Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and salt.
  • Toss shrimp with ⅔ of the butter mixture. Skewer the shrimp evenly.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Oil grates.
  • Grill shrimp skewers 2–3 minutes per side until opaque.

Notes

  • Wooden skewers should be soaked for at least 30 minutes.
  • Use metal skewers for easier grilling.
