Apple Choice: A sweet variety like Fuji or Honeycrisp works beautifully for a naturally sweet syrup.
Flavor Twist: Add a pinch of cinnamon or a few slices of ginger while simmering for a cozy, spiced variation.
Sparkling Water: Use chilled unflavored sparkling water or swap in club soda for extra fizz.
Make Ahead: The apple syrup can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
