This tequila lemonade with honey and mint is a crisp, herbaceous twist on classic lemonade. It's made with gold tequila, freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice, mint leaves, and a homemade honey simple syrup for a naturally sweet, vibrant finish.

- 5 fl oz Sauza Gold Tequila
- 2 fl oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 fl oz honey simple syrup 3 tbsp honey + 3 tbsp water, dissolved
- 8 –10 mint leaves torn
- 2 cups crushed ice
- Lemon or lime wedge for garnish
Make the honey simple syrup by heating 3 tbsp honey + 3 tbsp water over medium heat until dissolved. Let cool.
In a cocktail shaker, add mint, lemon juice, lime juice, tequila, and syrup.
Shake for 20 seconds.
Fill cocktail glasses with ice and pour the mixture over.
Garnish with citrus slices and enjoy immediately.
