Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

  • 1 ¾ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup salted butter melted

For the Pudding:

  • 1 package instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 ¾ cups cold milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened

For the Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

For the Bananas Foster:

  • ¼ cup butter
  • cup dark brown sugar
  • tbsp banana liqueur
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 bananas sliced
  • ¼ cup walnuts chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into a baking dish.
  • Bake 6 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Whisk pudding mix with milk for 2 minutes.
  • Blend in softened cream cheese. Chill.
  • Whip cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Chill.
  • Melt butter in a skillet. Stir in sugar, liqueur, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Notes

• For extra flavor, toast the walnuts before adding them to the caramel.
