Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender

Quick Option:

  • ½ cup Torani Lavender Syrup or store-bought lavender syrup

For the Mocktail:

  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice about 4–5 limes
  • ½ cup lavender syrup homemade or store-bought
  • 3 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

Optional Garnishes:

  • Fresh mint sprigs
  • Lime slices or wedges
  • Edible flowers lavender blooms or other safe petals

Instructions
 

  • Make the syrup: In a saucepan, simmer water, sugar, and lavender until sugar dissolves.
  • Let steep for 5 minutes, then strain and cool.
  • In a large pitcher, muddle mint leaves gently.
  • Stir in lime juice and lavender syrup.
  • Fill with ice, then add sparkling water. Stir gently.
