- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons lime zest from about 2–3 limes
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter softened
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
Combine Cream & Zest: In a medium pot over medium heat, stir together heavy whipping cream.
Sweetened condensed milk, and lime zest.
Bring to a gentle simmer.
Steep & Reheat: Remove pot from heat and let sit for 30 minutes so the lime zest infuses the cream mixture.
Return to medium heat and bring back to a simmer.
Melt Chocolate & Butter: Reduce heat to low.
