Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons lime zest from about 2–3 limes
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers

Instructions
 

  • Combine Cream & Zest: In a medium pot over medium heat, stir together heavy whipping cream.
  • Sweetened condensed milk, and lime zest.
  • Bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Steep & Reheat: Remove pot from heat and let sit for 30 minutes so the lime zest infuses the cream mixture.
  • Return to medium heat and bring back to a simmer.
  • Melt Chocolate & Butter: Reduce heat to low.
