This refreshing iced tea blends juicy ripe mango with black tea and a splash of lemon—sweet, fruity, and perfect for cooling down on hot days.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe mango peeled and diced
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water for blending
  • 1 –2 tbsp maple syrup honey, or sugar (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves optional

Instructions
 

  • Steep tea bags in boiling water for 5–7 minutes. Let cool.
  • Blend mango with 1/2 cup water until smooth. Strain if desired.
  • Mix in lemon juice and sweetener to taste.
  • Combine mango puree with cooled tea. Stir well and chill.
  • Serve over ice, garnish with mint if using.

Notes

  • Use green tea instead of black for a lighter flavor.
  • Try frozen mango if fresh isn’t available—just thaw before blending.
  • Add a splash of sparkling water for a fizzy twist before serving.
