This refreshing iced tea blends juicy ripe mango with black tea and a splash of lemon—sweet, fruity, and perfect for cooling down on hot days.

- 1 ripe mango peeled and diced
- 2 black tea bags
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water for blending
- 1 –2 tbsp maple syrup honey, or sugar (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves optional
Steep tea bags in boiling water for 5–7 minutes. Let cool.
Blend mango with 1/2 cup water until smooth. Strain if desired.
Mix in lemon juice and sweetener to taste.
Combine mango puree with cooled tea. Stir well and chill.
Serve over ice, garnish with mint if using.
