- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup whole milk divided
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can 7.6 oz table cream or 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Make caramel, pour into pan, and let set.
Bloom gelatin in 1/4 cup cold milk.
Heat 3/4 cup milk and dissolve gelatin mixture.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into pan and refrigerate for 6+ hours.
