- 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce for marinade
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 8 oz egg noodles or rice noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for stir-frying
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and oil.
Cook noodles according to package; drain.
Mix sauce ingredients together.
Stir-fry beef until browned; remove.
Stir-fry vegetables until crisp-tender.
