For the Dough:
- 2 cups 240g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup 120ml whole milk, lukewarm
- 2 1/4 tsp 7g active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup 50g sugar
- 1/4 cup 60g butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
Cheesecake Filling:
- 8 oz 225g cream cheese
- 1/4 cup 50g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup 120ml sour cream or Greek yogurt
Cinnamon Sugar:
- 1/2 cup 100g brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup 60g butter, softened
Strawberry Topping:
- 1 cup 150g strawberries, sliced
- 1 tbsp sugar optional
Cream Cheese Icing:
- 4 oz 115g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup 60g powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 –2 tbsp milk
- Pinch of salt
Activate yeast in warm milk.
Mix dough ingredients and knead 8–10 min. Let rise 1–1.5 hours.
Mix cream cheese filling ingredients. Set aside.
Prepare cinnamon sugar filling and soften butter.
