Ingredients
  

For the Dough:

  • 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast 1 packet
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup whole milk warmed to 110°F
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 large egg

For the Strawberry Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp strawberry jam

For the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

For the Cream Cheese Glaze:

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 –2 tbsp milk adjust for consistency

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients; knead until smooth (about 6–7 minutes).
  • Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in chopped strawberries and jam.
  • Mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until creamy.

Notes
