- 2 ripe bananas peeled and sliced
- 1 box 1 oz sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix (4-serving size)
Chop the pineapple and bananas into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, bananas, and undrained mandarin oranges.
