These Two-Person Raspberry Crumbles are sweet, tart, and topped with a golden oat crumble. Baked in individual ramekins, they’re perfect for a cozy dessert for two—best served warm and optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Berry Mixture
- 1½ cups fresh or frozen berries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tbsp cornstarch
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Crumble Topping
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix berries with sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
In a separate bowl, mix all crumble ingredients.
Press ⅔ of crumble into two ramekins. Bake 5 mins.
Top with berry mixture and remaining crumble.
Bake 7–10 mins until golden and bubbling.
