- 2 cups crimini mushrooms sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup baby corn
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 zucchini sliced
- 1 large carrot sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Whisk together sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
Stir fry firm veggies (carrots, broccoli) for 2–3 minutes.
Add mushrooms, baby corn, and bell peppers. Stir fry 2–3 minutes.
Add snow peas and zucchini. Cook 1–2 minutes.
