- 3 teaspoons peanut oil
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 6 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
Lettuce Wraps:
- Butter leaf lettuce
- 4.4 ounces vermicelli noodles
- ¼ lb. carrots grated
- ¼ cucumber cut into sticks
- 1 avocado sliced
Drain and set aside to cool.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all peanut sauce ingredients.
Stir until well combined and heated through.
Prepare vegetables as directed.
