Ingredients
  

For the Whipped Feta:

  • 8 oz 225 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz 115 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 –2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

For the Roasted Strawberries:

  • 1 pint 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Garnish:

  • Fresh basil or mint leaves chopped
  • Additional olive oil for drizzling
  • Black sesame seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Toss strawberries with balsamic vinegar, honey, and pepper.
  • Spread on parchment-lined sheet.
  • Roast for 15–20 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized. Let cool.
  • In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper until smooth.
  • Spread whipped feta on a serving plate. Top with roasted strawberries.

Notes

• Use block feta for best results—it's less dry than pre-crumbled.
• Want a spicier twist? Add a pinch of red chili flakes to the whipped feta.
