- ½ cup unsalted butter 8 Tbsp, room temperature
- ¼ cup honey or to taste
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon optional
In a medium bowl, whip the butter with a hand mixer on high speed for 3 minutes until fluffy.
Add honey, vanilla, and cinnamon (if using).
Beat 1 more minute until fully combined.
Taste and adjust sweetness.
Store in a container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
