  • ½ cup 100g light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup 50g granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cups 150g old-fashioned oats
  • ¾ cup 105g dried cranberries
  • ¾ cup 140g white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter and sugars until smooth.
  • Mix in egg and vanilla.
  • Combine with dry ingredients.
  • Stir in oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips.
