Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices thick bread sourdough, brioche, or whole wheat
  • 2 tsp melted butter or olive oil
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or choice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Brush bread with butter/oil.
  • Toast bread 2–3 min each side until lightly crisp; remove.
  • Press wells in center of each slice. Crack an egg into each well; season.
  • Top with cheese around and over the egg.
  • Air-fry 4–6 min at 350°F for desired yolk doneness.
  • Garnish with herbs and serve immediately.
