- 2 slices thick bread sourdough, brioche, or whole wheat
- 2 tsp melted butter or olive oil
- 2 large eggs room temperature
- ¼ cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or choice
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chopped chives or parsley for garnish
Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Brush bread with butter/oil.
Toast bread 2–3 min each side until lightly crisp; remove.
Press wells in center of each slice. Crack an egg into each well; season.
Top with cheese around and over the egg.
Air-fry 4–6 min at 350°F for desired yolk doneness.
Garnish with herbs and serve immediately.
