- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Cut & Soak: Slice potatoes into ½″ sticks; soak 15 min in cold water; drain and dry.
Preheat & Toss: Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
Toss fries with oil, salt, and pepper.
Air Fry: Cook in a single layer for 12–15 min, shaking every 5 min, until crisp.
Season: Mix garlic, Parmesan, oregano, and parsley. Toss hot fries in seasoning.
