- 7 oz box of fully cooked sausage links
- 5 large eggs
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1½ cups shredded cheese your favorite kind
- 10 white corn tortillas or 6-inch flour tortillas
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage links until warmed through.
Remove and set aside.
Whisk eggs with a splash of water or milk.
Add to skillet, season with salt and pepper, and scramble until just set.
Remove from heat.
Warm tortillas on a skillet or griddle for a few seconds until pliable.
