- 4 cups water
- 2 green tea bags
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves optional, for garnish
Simmer blueberries, honey, and 1 cup water in a saucepan until berries burst.
Strain mixture through a mesh sieve, pressing berries to extract juice.
Brew green tea with remaining 3 cups water, steep for 5 minutes, and cool slightly.
Mix blueberry juice, tea, and lemon juice in a pitcher. Chill for 1 hour.
Serve over ice and garnish with mint.
