- 2 lobster tails about 6 oz each
- 1½ tbsp butter divided
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp white pepper
Preheat broiler to high. Place oven rack in upper middle.
Butterfly lobster tails. Pull meat up and set on top of shell.
Season with spice mix. Dot with butter.
Broil 8–10 minutes, until opaque.
Serve hot with drawn butter and lemon wedges.
