Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter avoid all-natural varieties
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened (½ stick)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup crushed Butterfinger bars plus extra for garnish, optional
  • 8 –9 ounces chocolate bark or chocolate chips for coating
  • Optional toppings: additional crushed Butterfingers festive sprinkles, or coarse sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, blend the peanut butter and softened butter using an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix well to incorporate.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing at low speed.
  • Scrape down the sides to ensure even blending.
  • Fold in graham cracker crumbs and crushed Butterfinger pieces until combined.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Notes

You can crush Butterfingers easily using a zip-top bag and rolling pin.
Use a cookie scoop for uniform ball sizes.
Avoid all-natural peanut butter—it’s too oily for this recipe.
