  • 1 8 oz can pineapple tidbits with juice
  • 2 cups chopped Granny Smith apples
  • ½ cup miniature marshmallows
  • ½ cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
  • cups frozen whipped topping thawed

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and pineapple (with juice). Stir until smooth.
  • Add apples, marshmallows, and peanuts. Stir to combine.
  • Fold in whipped topping until evenly mixed.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Garnish with extra whipped topping and peanuts if desired.
