- 1 lb 450g pizza dough
- 1/2 lb 225g thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1/2 cup 80g sliced onions
- 1/2 cup 80g sliced green bell peppers
- 1 cup 100g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp melted butter for brushing
- 1 tsp dried parsley optional
- Marinara or cheese sauce for dipping (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet, cook steak in olive oil until browned.
Add onions and peppers; sauté until soft. Season and cool.
Roll pizza dough into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle. Cut into 6–8 strips.
Fill each strip with steak mixture and mozzarella. Fold and pinch to seal.
